Lite as a feather

This under eye cream goes on smoothly with no pulling of the under eye skin. It is cooling and works well under foundation. I would like to see more effect on reducing under eye bags.

Scent can cause allergies

Unfortunately I discovered I am allergic to this. The scent is nice but it makes my eyes water and turn red.
