EXPIRED

Just received my mask and it is EXPIRED....4/2024.... really Macy's... They have the nerve to black out the date with a black marker but alcohol wipes wiped it right off.... this is RIDICULOUS.... I'm returning!!!! Never again will I buy facial ANYTHING from Macy's... Back to ULTA I go!!!

Fraud Expired Product

I received the mask that had the best before date covered by black permanent marker (removed with rubbing alcohol to see what it was)- expired over a year ago 4/24. Can you believe it? I requested exchange. They sent me another one with expired best before date hidden with the black permanent marker. Unbelievable!!!

YEAR OLD and EXPIRED

I normally trust Macy’s for delivering on quality. However, I feel like I have been scammed. It’s disgraceful that this was even offered. I noticed the back of the jar had a mark that looked like black marker covering something up on the lower portion. I took some saturated water in a cloth and wiped it off because I wondered what needed to be covered up so badly. Keep in mind I purchased this in April of 2024. Lo and behold it was an expiration date of April 2024. Macy’s are you going to descend to the level of wish.com or innumerable social media scam companies? YOU NEED TO PERMANENTLY BAN THIS BRAND. PERIOD. And to you, Lovery, no I am not mentally challenged and it’s an absolute insult to think I or anyone else would fall for this parlor trick.

Just OK

I had fun putting this mask on with my mom and my 10-year-old daughter. It definitely left our skin soft and smooth. But it never really dried and it was hard to take off, so I can't see using it again.
