Missing ONE shower curtain hook!

The set is great, BUT there was only 11 shower curtain hook. It's not worth my time to bundle everything up and the whole set to the store, so I used the old hooks instead.

Stuck in somewhere, according to customer service

Never showed up. Maybe Macys should close all the stores. And I can’t get my money back for weeks.

Too short

it's not like the picture shows. It's really short. Had to lower the rod, just to get it to touch the top of the bathtub. And it's very thin so doesn't feel like it's a nice quality product.
