Good machine
After less then 6 months, the 3rd intensity of milk frothing stopped working. Otherwise great machine, but disappointed with the lack of longevity for the price

Great machine overall
I have had this machine for about a month now and am pretty happy with it overall. Ultimately it makes pretty great coffee and the milk frother is a big hit with my family. The only gripe we have with this machine is that it doesn't tell you when the water level is too low until it's too late. It will start a cup after grinding the coffee so it wastes a cup sometimes because after you fill up the water it starts over. A minor annoyance but for a machine that costs this much it's worth noting

Great cappuccino
Makes great coffee and cappuccino, also very easy to use. Only issue if water is low wish it would let you know to add water before you make a cup.

Some improvements needed on water reservoir
I got many cups of coffee out of this machine with unexpected coffee quantity due to lack of water. Suggested improvement: 1) shall warn insuffient water for the requested coffee quantity before starting brewing; 2) if suggest 1 is not possible due to hardware limitation, the machine shall allow to continue the rest of coffee after refilling the reservoir. Supper annoying

Impressive ma home. A gift for me!
Definitely a luxury but this a very good machine. It will seeve everyone’s needs. I am still learning the machine and I find it impressive. If I could make one suggestion it would be to have to ability for much large coffees. I am use to a 12 ounce coffee and I can’t get close to that volume on any of the recipes (other than coffee pot setting
