Best coffee ever!

This machine is amazing! It’s so easy to operate and makes excellent coffee. My favourite is the latte which uses fresh cold milk and heats / froths it quickly.

They lied about shipping

Don’t trust that anything will come in time. Email said ready Dec 19th. They lied it shipped December 18 and won’t be ready before Christmas. Will never order again

Product issues!! Help!!

I bought this about a year and a half ago. No problems until recently. Now the “puck” bin fills up with excess water, and coffee is no longer in puck form. Appears there may be an internal, inaccessible leak as well. I asked for service communication a few days ago, and no response. For the equipment cost, and date of purchase this is unacceptable. Product was great before this water fill up issue.
