Machine had been used previously

Was very disappointed to open the box only to realize the espresso machine had been used previously. Returned it right away but still waiting on refund from Macy’s

The Real Deal

I’m happy with my purchase. I just replace two coffee pot with this gem. This product does such a great job for such a great value. It has all the features for great cappuccinos, espressos, lattes ,etc.

I liked the look and parts, but it made terrible espresso and I tried five different espresso beans.

Pass

I definitely got what I paid for. The device cl9ga often. Liquid drips from around the coffee holder. You can't control the flow or size of the drink. The strength is not consistent. It's really a mess

DO NOT BUY

Found 2 of these at re-use stores. After problems, decided to buy one. Same problem. Water goes into the milk while you steaming it. So we had to use a thick glass and keep catching the water until it was gone and then steam the milk. Have to do this 10-20 times. Got old quickly. The hot water container is on top of the product. When you switch to steam, it is supposed to go back down into the plastic water holder. It doesn't. Thought a new one would be different. Took it back.

terrible machine

terrible espresso machine! Did everything the instructions directed and the coffee is soooo weak. Wish I had never purchased this machine.
