Our TrueBrew made good coffee for 13 months then failed. Support analyzed new part was needed. Backordered for three months! Company offered no alternative. Waiting for part and bought a Nespresso for the long wait.

Think twice, makes a lot of noise
Is a beautiful coffee maker and makes a delicious coffee, but makes a lot of noise before and during the making, also we have trouble with the machine a couple of times, calling customer service, they helped us to figure it out but honestly for the price I thought it was going to be better!
Great concept. Bitter coffee
The concept of this machine is perfect...fresh ground coffee to the size of your liking. No pods. No messy grounds. Love the carafe. Sadly, the coffee is bitter. I've tried at least 15 different kinds of beans and all of the strength and temperature settings combinations. This has been an issue since the first brew, but I clean out the machine regularly in the hopes that it might make a difference, which it doesn't. My husband won't drink coffee from it. I deal with it because the machine was so expensive I cannot justify replacing it. But especially given the price, it really should produce a much better cup of coffee.

A finer grind increases the surface area of the coffee, leading to a slower extraction and a stronger, more intense flavor. Conversely, a coarser grind results in a faster extraction and a milder taste. Adjusting your grinder helps you control this balance to suit your taste preferences. Amazing Coffee Machine
The De'Longhi coffee machine is absolutely amazing!! It's been a huge hit in our house and everyone who sees it, loves it. We would not only recommend the De'Longhi to others, but we are also planning to purchase another for ourselves.

Confusing serving sizes
We own this machine and our only gripe is the serving size vs "cup" size. We wrongly assumed the sizes noted on the front panel are serving sizes, but later found out they're really cup sizes, which is kind of silly, since it's assumed if you want 8, 12 or other size coffee serving you're going to place a cup under the dispenser capable of holding that amount. When you press 8 ounces you only get approximately 6 ounces.

No Longevity
Don't buy, I have had this coffee maker for about a year and it has broken twice, the first one lasted just under 6months, after dealing with support I was sent a used replacement that only lasted for 3 months before running in to the same water priming issue. As good as the coffee is, i would suggest spending the money on a better coffee maker

The new love of my life!
Perfect! Every coffee maker in one! I was eyeballing this for sometime. Nothing beats fresh ground beans. Single cup, espresso size, travel size and full pot for guests. No messy wasteful filters or plastic pods. I didn’t think anything would surpass my French Press until now.
