Item not delivered

The item was not delivered to the correct address, as I did not receive it on 12/21/24. I have made 5 calls to no avail or resolution. After wasting to much time on hold and empty promises. No response from this seller! Macy partnered with this small business owner not me! To add insult to injury Macys transferred me to market place to deal with them for my refund!! Macys are you serious with nonsense! I still have not been issued a refund 1/4/25!!!! Don’t waste your time or money ordering products from this seller,
