defective

I had these pots 10 years, ago. I gave my old one to my daughter and replace with new. However, after just water boiled, it got permanent stains. I am returning it and will order identical, again before I give up on this brand. I noticed quality is down graded then my old pot.

Sauce pot with some weight to it.

This is a good workhorse sauce pot. Easy to use, great heat response, heat distribution. My favorite part is that the handle is welded on not rivetted, so I don't end up with a bunch of gunk from my last meal trying to ruin my next one. Works great on the stove and transfers to the oven really easily, slightly heavier than the average but I like that because it isn't sliding all over the place. Still lighter than my cast iron too.
