First experience with "Final Sale"

I love these jeans, and ordered 2 pair in different sizes to see which would fit me. This is the first time I have placed a Macys order where my items were non-returnable in a "Final Sale." I have no idea how this happened, and I am very unhappy with being stuck with an extra non-fitting pair.
