Democracy Shorts

Just what I wanted! Yes the legs are big and they're almost like culottes but as hot as it's been this summer I wanted some jean shorts that didn't cling to me and these fit the bill. I usually wear a 2 in Democracy jeans but smallest these were available was 4. With the elastic band in the waist and my desire for looser legs they worked out perfectly. I like the light wash but wish there were more colors available.

Excellent Brand.

These shorts are a great length. The material is very soft and stretchy. I usually buy a 4 in jeans and I did so with these. I wish they had a 2 it would have fit better. Size down one!

They do seem to shape and the bottom flares out a little, which I think is slimming. The details are nice, obviously a quality short. They are a little on the short side but you can unfold them a little.
