Droopy shoulders

It doesn't fit me right the neckline is too loose on the shoulders what are you supposed to wear under it? You have to wear a bra the straps will show

The neck is ridiculous too wide, the bra straps are exposed. Fits true to size. nothing fancy just a regular sweater
