Beautiful!

The color is absolutely beautiful! The dishes are of very high quality with a beautiful shine to them. Wouldn't have a second thought about purchasing these.

A wonderful set of dinnerware

Being a male of the species, I wanted something that would compliment my kitchen/dining areas that are set with dark granite. This set if heavy duty stoneware really matches well with my kitchen that is not full of flowers. Very elegant and yet very usable for my everyday meals. Highly recommended.

Hands down, worth the price!

Highly durable; chip and break resistant, their stoneware is dishwasher safe (Denby recommends using liquid detergent in the dishwasher). The company has been in business in the UK for over 200 years--they must know what they're doing. It's also safe for the oven and microwave. I was told that each piece is lead-free and hand glazed fifty times for durability. I enjoy my blue/black sets and recommend their stoneware highly!
