Beautiful Contrast

I love this line of Denby Dinnerware. The contrast is beautiful and the simple style suits my taste. I have a set of each color to add variety and spice to a dinner party. I get many compliments on how gorgeous they are. These are well made and seem strong enough for everyday use but esthetically speaking, will please any type of dinner outing you plan. ... Unfortunately this particular set looked used so I sent it back and ordered a new set; problem solved.

beautiful dish ware

got these to go with our newly remodeled kitchen with brown tones in the granite. Had fiesta ware for years but the colors didn't work with our new kitchen. These dishes are fab. Got 12 place settings and love using them. Great quality.

The perfect everyday dishes!

We got our Denby Chestnut dinnerware as a wedding present and we absolutely love them. Unlike many low-end stoneware sets, we've not had a single chip. The quality is excellent and after almost 2 years - still looks brand new. We also love the fact that it was made in England. If you don't like the earth tones of this pattern, then Denby has many brighter colors available. I wish we had room to get them all.

Color Not At All As Pictured

The color of these dishes is not at all as pictured OR as described. "Rich Burgundy" is brown, and "Warm Tan" is actually a medium green. Because of the photo, I assumed the "chestnut" was the interior of a chesnut (and of the dishes) and the "apple" was the exterior. They will have to go back, as they do not at all match our decor. I cannot comment on quality, as they were never used. My ratings are based on the product not being as shown
