I would buy this product again

I love these cups, they're just the right size for a coffee or a hot chocolate. The quality of them is great and wouldn't expect anything less from Denby

Lovely to drink from these mugs

Very pleased with our new mugs that I saw on the TV, so interesting how the glaze changes during firing. The mugs are lovely to warm your hands when you have a hot drink, very ergonomic and very stylish. Denby customer services went the extra mile when the courier let us down with the delivery and ensured a replacement parcel was sent without fuss.

Good service, without questioning my issue

I returned the first parcel before opening as the mugs were obviously broken. However I quickly received a replacement that was perfectly packaged and the mugs were the expected good quality.
