Very happy with this purchase

I bought 2 sets to replace cheap white crockery when we moved in December 2021. The pieces were well packaged and packed, fast delivery and in perfect condition. The colour is gorgeous and adds a splash of colour to our meals!

Not the quality i was expecting

I brought this set based on Denby reputation and stellar reviews. I was expecting for the plate/bowl set to be durable, stylish, and for everyday use. We received the dishes in 12/2021. Within 72 hours of use, one plate had noticeable scratches on it. We had used butter knives (but not pressing down hard on the plate), dishwashed them 3 times on 35 degrees with eco dishwashing tablets, and microwaved no more than 3 minutes at a time in a 850 watt microwave. Im being detailed as to say, we were very careful with use because the set is new. I contacted customer care and they quickly resolved the issue by sending out a new plate. Unfortunately, many of the plates now have noticeable scratches from normal use in less than one month!!! It may be more noticeable because the plates are a deep blue colour. But for the price you pay, I didn't expect this at all and am deeply disappointed to pay so much for plate set that look worn in less than a months usage. These plates do seem durable, but the glaze/finish does not hold up to everyday use and not hardwearing.
