Best Ever

I purchased this pan to grill all type of meats. It's the best buy. Beautiful and this pan can also be used to grill vegetables. It's a great buy. I would highly recommend purchased this beautiful pan. I hand wash this only.

Heavy but Easy

I saw many chefs use cast iron grill pans for steaks. They were not wrong. This one did not need to be seasoned before use. Steaks came out perfectly grilled.

Excellent pan

The heat is really even and gives a very even cook with stripes. On the downside it is very heavy.

No better way to cook a steak

As one would expect from cast iron it is extremely heavy and takes awhile to heat up, but once that's done a sirloin steak 2-3 minutes each side is perfection
