Other occasion to buy:Although Department 56 merchandise is pricey, I have no regrets of purchasing this piece. Some of these pieces remind me of beautiful properties you’d see in Europe.

I had to have it!

As a Gen X-er my nostalgia took over and I had to have Mary Poppins and 17 Cherry Tree lane. Bonus, it was 30% off! It is the nicest piece in my village.🥰

Vibrant Colors and Better than Expected!

This is the perfect addition to my Christmas Village. It is so beautiful, colors are beautiful and the picture doesn’t do it justice. Better than expected. One difference from my much older village is the light bulb goes through the bottom rather than the back. I like this better because I just changed out the lights for the older versions and it’s difficult to maneuver the bulbs into the back of the smaller houses.

Cheap looking

For the price would expect better quality. The garland was a just a ribbon glued on the tree. Box came open during shipping and the ribbon actually came off of the tree.
