Product great shipping nightmare

The Dickens Village town tree came and was beautiful, however, shipping was a nightmare! No bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts or airbags used to package my item! It was placed in a large box and it tumbled the entire time it was shipped! The original box which, if you’re a collector is important, the value goes down if you do not have the original Box. My box came in pieces tiny! I sent an email to Macy’s and wanted to let them know how their packaging department we’re doing, and I got no response, very disappointed!

Cheap looking

For the price would expect better quality. The garland was a just a ribbon glued on the tree. Box came open during shipping and the ribbon actually came off of the tree.
