Sale prices were great on Dept 56 Grinch Christmas village. Checkout process quick and easy. The only issue i had was the delayed shipping on the order. One piece, of the order, delivered as stated ,but the remainder of the order was delayed 2 times and am still waiting on 2 more pieces which are due to arrive the 20th of this month. However, all things considered id rather have the delayed shipment than have to deal with damaged merchandise. Thank you for your service.

I love department 56 Grinch and was excited to see this as an exclusive item . My only complaint is the sticker on the box shows 60.00 however Macys is charging 83.00 for this item .

Ordered this on December 11th for Christmas Eve - I called the next week when it was supposed to arrive and they said it would be here the next day. It never arrived and either did the other 2 items that I ordered. Very disappointing.

I bought this for my mother for her birthday but it arrived broken in the box. Glad I opened it before I gave it to her. Sad because she would of really liked it. It is cute.
