Not happy

I think it’s kind of crappy that something I ordered from your website was listed as available so I go ahead and order it only to find out later. It is canceled due to it not being in stock or on backorder. It was auntie who’s house a department 56 grinch house that was supposed to be a Christmas present. If it had been listed on your site as a backorder item or unavailable, I would’ve never tried to purchase it in the first place and look for something else. Now I have to scramble days before Christmas to find a replacement present. I am not happy and if I could give you zero stars, you would get zero stars.

Total disappointment

Order canceled five days after purchased! I lost another opportunity to have this item from other seller because I trust Macys more than others. Now I cannot find this item on a reasonable price. One apology and a future discount do not solve the problem. I will never come back here to make my Christmas purchases!

The Grinch has arrived.

Sale prices were great on Dept 56 Grinch Christmas village. Checkout process quick and easy. The only issue i had was the delayed shipping on the order. One piece, of the order, delivered as stated ,but the remainder of the order was delayed 2 times and am still waiting on 2 more pieces which are due to arrive the 20th of this month. However, all things considered id rather have the delayed shipment than have to deal with damaged merchandise. Thank you for your service.

Other occasion to buy:Cute but overpriced

Cute but overpriced

I love department 56 Grinch and was excited to see this as an exclusive item . My only complaint is the sticker on the box shows 60.00 however Macys is charging 83.00 for this item .
