Another great addition

Love this collection and Macy's has by far the best prices. Box was carefully packed and the piece arrived safe and in great condition. Purchase several dept 56 pieces each year !

Poor customer service, not a bad product

Ordered a different item online. Cancelled at the last minute. Given 25 percent off to use online or in store as consolation. Tried to use in store and told they couldn’t accept the code in store. Bought full price item in store regardless. Reached out to Macy’s. Haven’t received response. These are expensive. I want my 25% back.

Buy in store-dont have shipped

Horribly shipped.Item came damaged due to horrible packaging even within the department 56 box. Russ' face was chipped by the light ball due to banging around inside another box. If you want this item, I recommend picking up in store.
