So glad that Dept. 56 released the Chester House. I prefer the look of this one to the previously released Todd and Margot's House. Macy's had it for the best price this season. It was packed well, and I received it even earlier than expected.

Lost order and delay in responding

After 14 days of the shipper saying it was in transit and multiple contacts with them I was told it and 3 other pieces were unable to be found. I was asked if I wanted to reorder but they were out of stock. I had no present for my daughter in law. Service was terrible.
