Product fantastic arrived broken.

Product itself is a 5 out 5 stars! But it arrived broken the tower piece that sticks out from the top of the roof was completely broken off and hanging by the wires that illuminate that part. Shame on Macy’s for simply placing the product in a box and taping it up with nothing more than the thinest layer of brown butcher paper as cushion. The box was massive the product was not nearly that big and the box had no bubble wrap or any cushion whatsoever save for the thin sheet of brown butcher paper previously mentioned.
