WORST EXPERIENCE! Not the first time but the last!

This by far was the worst customer service experience with Macy’s that I have ever had! It started off by me, placing an order, and the next day I was tracking through on track the tracking number was wrong. It was linked to an order that was delivered to me in May 2024. I ordered this in November 2024. I called several times to customer service. Customer service had no idea what was going on and could not answer any questions. I ended up being extremely frustrated and finally just hung up on the customer service agent. I called on track the delivery service that Macy’s uses, and I was told that they never received the item from Macy’s even though I received an email that said that it had shipped. During this time I was charged the full amount plus the express shipping that I requested and paid for I called Macy’s customer service again and was told that my money would be returned to this date. It has not been returned. I have filed a complaint and dispute with both Macy’s and my credit card company. I am appalled, but not surprised at the customer service of Macy’s. I do not go to Macy’s in my location because of the exact same reason Macy’s, what happened to you do better!
