Thin
These towels aren't thick and fluffy like the photos show. They are made of turkish cotton and I was expecting them to dry fast. However, they are thin, but they stay moist.

Nope. Not what the photos look like. Towels are flat, not like the ones I was trying to replace.. Shiny silvery lines in them, just totally tacky.
Bath towels are very small. Would not purchase.
Nice towels but bath towels are very small. I purchased for a gift and that was the response. I would not buy again.
Poor Quality & Unexpectedly Poor Customer Service
Soft and feels luxurious. The label stated the item must be washed in warm water before use. After washing the items, they came out discolored, in patches of dark and light colors. I contacted customer service and was told to drive 2 hours to the closest Macy's store to return the items. Begging for a return shipping label worked, but no promises that the warehouse would process the return correctly. Wow. Lesson learned.
Lose this supplier/manufacturer
I always rinse my towels before we use them. I bought new towels before and have always done this. The set faded in some spots and sheds badly. I didn't bother to open the other set of towels for fear the same thing may happen.

From the pictures It looks fluffy but In person the towels are super flat !! False advertisement once again !! Will be returning
Falls apart after only 1 year!
Do not buy! After a year and a half these completely started shredding at the ends, and they won’t provide a refund. I thought I Could count on Macy’s for quality products-guess not. And it won’t let me upload the photo-hmmmm.
Not Plump
These are not the same plump, lofty towels as illustrated in the photos. Going back.
