Nice looking, but not well made

Nice looking and good quality glass, but not well made. I was going to use this to put some air plants in, but the spot that I had chosen wouldn't have worked - the plants would have died! So, I decided to use it as a container for seasonal decor. And I love it for that! But - for the price, the trough isn't well made. The corners should be flush, not overlapping. It's hard to see in the picture, but the corners are staggered. For this price I would expect the glass to be cut on a bias and have them fit smoothly. Otherwise - it's a nice way to display my seasonal decor!
