Braided Table runner

i bought these 2 braided stripe table runners to give my friend as a gift. she loved it. Good color and fabric and reasonable price. I am ordering 2 more for me.

Color in photo different from product

Color in photo was product. It is called wine, but photo shows it as red. I didnt open package, I plan to return it for a different color. The table runner seems thicker than i expected.

Smelled very badly

The table runner arrived, fully wrapped and sealed in packaging, but when I removed it from the package, it smelled very badly as if it had gotten wet and not fully dried. I had a very mildewy smell. It is also a lot darker in person and more of a deep wine color.
