It’s a beautiful piece I would recommend this item
I have yet to install it. Not sure of the brightness. The design is beautiful. Seems very durable. Once installed we will see about energy efficiency.

I recently installed the Austin 3 Light Bath Bar in my bathroom, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the outcome. The design is sleek and modern, which immediately updated the look of the space. The brushed nickel finish adds a nice, clean touch, and it doesn’t show water spots as easily, which is a big plus for a bathroom light fixture. When it comes to brightness, the three lights provide plenty of illumination for my bathroom, especially over the mirror. It makes tasks like shaving and getting ready in the morning much easier because the lighting is bright and even. I opted for warm LED bulbs, and the combination makes the space feel welcoming without being too harsh. The frosted glass diffuses the light nicely so it’s not glaring. Installation was straightforward, but I did need a second person to help hold it in place while I secured the fixture. It’s not super heavy, but it’s a bit awkward to handle on your own if you’re not used to installing lighting. If you’re not comfortable with electrical work, it might be worth having an electrician do it. The only slight downside is that the fixture feels a bit lightweight in terms of material. Beautiful lights
The Austin 3 light bath bar is a beautiful light for any bathroom. The colors are nice rustic look. Can be mounted up or down. Bright and easy to install.
