Pretty, but I would NOT purchase from Macy's again

The ornaments are very pretty, unique. I would have rated them higher if they had arrived in time to actually gift them to people to enjoy on their Christmas trees. Despite these showing as in stock, UPS did not even receive them to start the shipping process until 10 days after I placed the order!? Then another 5 days to reach me. I was embarrassed and disappointed to not have Christmas gifts for several folks and upset to then have to pay shipping to mail these belated gifts that won't even get to be used this year. As frustrating as that was, the customer (NO) service I have received from Macy's in dealing with this has been some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have now contacted Macy's a total of 4 times -- initially, trying to locate my order when it was so delayed in arriving, and most recently, continuing to follow up on the $10 store credit I was supposedly being issued for this inconvenience. The $10 credit has never been issued, nor have I received any of the emails I was promised as follow up to my complaint. I am out nearly the $30 it cost to mail these belated Christmas presents, and I have wasted over 2 hours on hold/chatting with Macy's who has done nothing to right their wrong and keep me as a customer. Purchase the ornaments from another merchant. They are sold by other stores who ship orders timely and offer far superior customer service if/when needed.
