Nothing

I am not satisfied as I have never received the order which was made on November 27. The tracking said it would arrive on December 8. I have contacted the chat robot twice and you were going to send me another but have not received anything as of yet. The tracking shows nothing. I don’t know if the problem is with your company or the delivery company. I have always been pleased with your company to this point. If I could talk to a human I might understand why I haven’t received anything.
