Disappointed

I ordered this item on November 22, 2025. It apparently got lost in the mail or something because I didn't receive it so after 4 calls to Macy's, they supposedly did a re-shipment last week but did not give me a tracking # and I have not yet received the ornament. I'm not even totally convinced that they did issue a re-shipment but, it has been extremely frustrating trying to receive this order. I can't recommend the product because I never got it.

Macy’s failed to deliver yet!

Macy’s has failed to deliver this product. Whoever is Macy’s supplier for this product should be carefully evaluated for delivering products in a timely manner and even at all. A great disappointment!!!
