Designocracy starfish wooden ornament

I ordered this plus the turtles from the same series on Nov. 29th and today is December 21st. Still waiting!!! I reordered both December 14th. Now I received a message from UPS that the second order is arriving December 31st. Unfortunately, Christmas will be over. Customer service assured me that I would receive the order by the 23rd.
