Horrible customer service from Desigual

ordered a shirt from Desigual, and the experience was a complete disaster. The size was completely off, and when I reached out to customer service for help, I got nothing but radio silence. After multiple attempts to get a response, they finally replied—only to blame Macy’s instead of actually addressing the issue. No resolution, no accountability, just a frustrating back-and-forth that led nowhere. Definitely not the level of service I’d expect from a brand like this. Buyer beware! !!!!
