Sent wrong size

Very unhappy, waited several weeks only receive the wrong size. Was looking forward to having it for the holidays. Very disappointed in Macys. You would have thought someone could look at a tag before shipping. Now the burden is on me to try to return. Very bad shipping and customer service overall.
