Beautiful Coat!

This is a beautiful coat with fantastic colors. It is not real heavy and the fit is generous. I would recommend sizing down.

Never received it.

The ups delivery person did not bring the parcel down to my door. A picture indicates he left it under a tree off the side of my driveway close to the main road. I live in a wooded area. The parcel has not been located I expect a refund. I will never order from Macy's again

Didn't receive the size I ordered

I ordered a size Small From Macy's and received a Medium. MACY'S Tried to get ME to deal with the third party retailer for the return/ exchange. I told Macy's I purchased it from Macy's and expected Macy's to make tge exchange since I paid Macy's for the coat
