Subpar Customer Service at Macys
Would have been a nice item if I was able to get my correct size. I ordered a medium and received a large the first time. Second time I created a new order because hey…we’re human and make mistakes. AGAIN - I received a large which was the wrong size. I call Macy’s and they claim since it’s directly from the seller they cannot exchange they have to refund then create a new order but cannot honor the price I paid for the item so I’d have to pay full price for a mistake that was not caused by me AND without any guarantee that I would even get the correct size this third time around. THUMBS DOWN. Shame on you Macys.
