Item not yet received!

My order placed Dec. 4th was from Macy’s but shipped via the company Dux par Deux from which I bought pajamas. Had I known this I would NEVER have placed the order. My order went from New York earlier this week east to Massachusetts where it was stuck for several days. I live in southeast Michigan which is NOT east of New York, so I don’t know if and when I will receive it! Today it is in Pennsylvania, so finally headed in the right direction. IMO, it’s a bad move for Macy’s to trust another company to ship something they are selling.
