Terrible customer service

I ordered a bracket that was never delivered to me. I got a letter from the post office saying they see it was mis delivered I have sent this email to the seller Macy’s gave me been doing this over a month still resolve. Once this is done I am canceling my Macy’s card.

Love this clover bracelet

Cute clover charm, chain feels solid and good weight compare to other similar 14 kt gold bracelets, I bought few others but keep this one. I got it during promotion though, well worth the price.

Not what i was expecting

The clovers are smaller than i expected it to be. Bracelet is thin.. but ill keep it, i mean its 14k so 🤷‍♀️.. its cute though
