Bracelet didn’t look the same as in the picture

False advertisement! I bought a bracelet online but when I received it, the quality didn’t look the same as it did in on the website. The bracelet looked really thin as it were for a baby or a little girl. I tried on the bracelet to see how it would fit, but I didn’t like how it looked because it looked so tiny and you could hardly tell I was wearing a bracelet. Therefore, I decided to return it because I was highly unsatisfied. Once I returned it, I received a message saying “grade F” and that I wasn’t allowed to order from their website anymore. To begin with, I wasn’t looking forward to buying from them anymore, but I thought it was highly unprofessional of them and unethical only because I retuned the item. They also said that the tag had been “cut” but in reality, it wasn’t cut. I’m not sure why they have such a big deal about trying on an item and then returning it. The bracelet was in good condition since I hadn’t wore it, I just tried it on. This is so ridiculous and they use it as an excuse to not provide you a refund!
