THIS IS WHY WE NO LONGER SHOP MACYS

My wife & I ordered four jewelry pieces from Macy’s to take with us for our upcoming family reunion. We received a confirmation email, but to our surprise, the entire order was canceled the very next day—without any explanation. Oddly, all four items were still listed as available on Macy’s website. I called Macy’s Customer Service & honestly, I wish I hadn’t. The agent had no idea why the order was canceled. After checking item availability, they re-placed the exact same order, reassured us it would be expedited & sent another confirmation email. The next day, we checked for tracking info & were shocked to find the second order ALSO had been canceled again, without any notice, reason, or apology !! We called again & were referred to Devata, but neither company could explain the repeated cancellations. Both seemed completely disconnected & unaware of what was going on. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! We decided to quit shopping MACYS ! It wasn’t the first time that Macys acted unprofessionally

okay, not great

The stones are duller and less noticeable than in the photo but the bracelet sits well on the wrist.
