STAY AWAY FROM DEVATA JEWELRY

The Devata Jewelry Company has a very poor customer service department that they refuse to handle any kind of issues or complaints!!! They will refer you to get in touch with Macy’s CS and when you get hold of anyone at Macy’s; they will ask you to direct all of your concerns to Devata in California…And you’re a lucky individual if you can get any help or advice from either one of them!!! Devata Jewelry have done a great job in their presentation of their Jewelry on Macy’s App but in reality; their Jewelry are mediocre and some looks completely different than the posted photos!!! I placed 4 orders with Devata and they all had major issues and complications. I tried to solve them all by reaching out to both companies customer service department and each CS Department was referring me to the other one!!! I reached a dead end and I had no other option but to send all of my orders back to Devata. It took Devata 2 weeks to pay me back my money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM DEVATA AT ALL
