I am disappointed, not be able receive the necklac

I have rich out customer service when I find out this necklace was going to receive it on the 21st. I needed it before on June 15th , Necklace was ordered for special event sweet 15 , Her response was going to receive it by June 21, I Can send it back , Request to send by A.S.P. Or I needed to cancel. She state It No and there’s nothing she could do.. we got disconnected ..
