Beautiful BUT Rolls Upsidedown-Stones Don't Show

This necklace is absolutely lovely -- a full 10 carats of shining diamonds each encircled in a 10KG circular mounting. It would receive a 5-star rating BUT it consistently rolls over so the mounting of the stones is exposed and faces outwardly while the diamonds face inwardly -- opposite of what shows in the photo. I will take it to the jeweler in hopes of correcting how this beautiful piece hangs arround the neck.

This item didn't come an appraisal/description. I went to 2 stores (Fayetteville/Hoover) and addressed my concerns via phone to customer svs. All had a different answer but still no appraisal. So no no more jewelry from Macy's.
