Deception

I bought the ring to surprise my fiancée, the amount was debited from my account, but the order was canceled for no reason. I contacted the help center and they were unable to explain the reason for the cancellation. In addition, it took me 8 days to receive my money back, ruining the entire surprise. Therefore, I do not intend to buy anything else from Macy's. I am very disappointed. I believe that the product was no longer available and they still put it up for sale on the website. This is disrespectful to customers.
