Wrong item 2x

I'm very dissatisfied with Macy's. I'm still waiting for them to send me the correct item. I have gotten the same thing 2x and they still haven't fixed it. I call and they just said I have to wait 3-5 business days for my card to be refunded in order to reorder and receive the item I paid for the first time and never got.

Promise ring, sterling silver

It is pretty but I did not like it on me, it does appear to be "real", I know it was not expensive but I was not happy with the look on my finger. It is Sterling Silver and not silver plated which is a good thing.
