I ordered it online! I was expecting it to be delivered through USPS how it used to be! However, this time it was delivered through USP! The USP envelope was dropped in front of the house in the morning! I took it in and went to hot yoga! After getting back and working around the house, I finally opened the package! It was an empty envelope with two copies of the receipts! I called Macy’s and reported right away! Customer documented the case and ask if I want another necklace or a refund, I said necklace and please ensure to send with signature required! No case number was given to me, so I called the next day! Customer service said they will get back to me in 5 business days! After 5 business days, I called Macy’s again, the customer service said they reviewed the history and due to the dollar amount they don’t give me the credit back! It was so unfair! I never received it! I took several pictures showing that the UPS envelope was opened during the shipment process because I saw dirty mark in a half of the bag and new mark on the other half that I open! They kept refused and disregard what I said! I could take oath to share the truth! Luckily, my brother-in-law told me to use Chase card to order because it has some liability! I am working with Chase Bank to dispute it!
