Tarnished

I was excited when I ordered my necklace with my initial. It was gold with pretty little diamonds or studs. Whatever you want to call them, however, when I finally came home I opened up my package to a tarnished necklace. So tarnished that I could not make out if it were black or burnt I couldn't tell. But I'm sending it back.
