Cross beautiful but shipping product has issues

The cross was really nice my sister who I bought it for loved it but I had to give it to her without the chain because it was totally entangled didn’t appreciate that because I had to break the chain in order to give it as a present

Chain will break in minutes and it’s so small a baby could wear it.

So pretty and dainty

My daughter wanted a cross but we wanted to get her something different than the traditional style and found this! It's so pretty and dainty and actually matches her personality. A perfect representation of her and her faith which she loved!

Too small and the chain was mangled.

I wish I had a picture of how mangled the chain was. it was terrible I did even try to touch it. I drove straight to the store and returned it
