Defective ring with absolutely horrible customer

Diamond fell out of ring first week that I wore the ring. I have called Macy's customer service 4 times to exchange the ring. The first 3 customer reps said 'her, no prob, your replacement is on the way'. Today, on my 4th call, rep said that prev reps were 'confused' and request has to go to the 'back team', but she wouldn't let me talk to them. After 3 diff reps promised that the replacement ring was 'on the way'. Absolute garbage runaround!!! I have found multiple reviews online that others have lost diamond during first couple weeks in almost the same place. Very disappointed with Macy customer service.

horrible clarity

love the style... but the clarity was HORRIBLE.... it looks like a bunch of spit balls...... Had to return.
