Returned Earrings?

The earrings are beautiful; however, the stem on one was bent and looked as though someone had tried to bend it. Used/returned? I was able to straighten it, but wasn't my best purchase.

Cloudy

The diamonds look cloudy and extremely cheap amd dated. I will be returning them later on today. Extremely disappointed and the customer service was terrible after they were delayed for an extra week.

This item should not be for sale - waste of time

The worst clarity. I bought one looked bad. Then the sales person suggested order another one should be ok. The 2nd one came on the mail and it was bad as well. Honestly Macy’s should not sale this item waste of time.

Eh

Came across these on clearance and a great pre-sale so I bought them. I wasn’t that impressed with the clarity and once I get home I read the reviews. The price was phenomenal for one ct, but the clarity was cloudy. Not worth it! I do like a three prong and a post back so that was positive of these. Decided to return and spend some extra money to get a different pair.

Disappointed with diamond stud earrings

I returned the diamond stud earrings the next day. They were totally opaque, very poor quality. I was very disappointed.

WARNING. ROBBED BY MACY'S.READ STORY

Let me start by saying nice earrings. You can however get 3/4 ct for less and you can't tell the difference really. Now to my issue. So I ordered 2 PAIRS for my wife and I to match. I get the pouch and for whatever reason felt it and realized there was ONLY 1 PAIR in the package!! I have continuously gone back and forth with Macys for months about this. Was even threatened to have my acct suspended/limited while they "investigate". My advice is simple. ORDER JEWELRY SEPARATELY. NEVER ORDER MORE THAN 1 ITEM AT A TIME!! Yes I am on the hook for an expensive item that i never received that wasn't lost in the mail or stolen off my steps but was stolen right from the company i bought it from. Hope this was helpful.
